Fluffy Buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2  & 1/4 cups  of active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of Powdered milk
  • 400 grams (3 cups) of Baking flour
  • 50g of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 60g (4 tablespoons) of Butter

STEPS

  1. Put milk in warm water (not hot), add yeast and mix.
  2. Add flour, salt, sugar and mix well until well combined
  3. Remove the dough from the bowl, place it on a kneading surface, and knead for 5 minutes.
  4. Put butter in the middle of the dough and continue kneading until it’s stretchy
  5. Roll the dough and put it in a bowl with a little oil to help it not stick on,  cover for one hour or until it doubles the size.
  6. Punch out air, make bun rolls, put on a greased baking tray, and cover for 15 minutes.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes remove when it’s golden brown and serve.
