Thick Chicken Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • Local Chicken
  • Chicken masala
  • Royco Black Pepper
  • Coatmile or coriander
  • Yogurt or  milk
  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic

STEPS

  1. Slice chicken into desired pieces, put in a medium saucepan and put on heat
  2. Add salt and Use a wooden spoon to continuously stir
  3. Add a little cooking oil and keep stirring on high heat until the chicken turns golden brown.
  4. cut the veggies into same-sized and sharped dice

  11. Add  clean water then Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender and ready
  12. In a small bowl, mix Royce with some  cornstarch and water to form a porridge-like paste
  13. Pour paste into the sauce for thickening Mix well with the wooden spoon
  14. Pour yogurt into the cooking sauce and mix gently with a wooden spoon
  15. It will change the sauce flavor And turn the gravy texture into a creamy
  16. Finally, add well-chopped cortimille or coriander mix well over low heat, let the source steam for 10 minutes, and serve with your favorite food.
