Fried Goats Meat
Try this sweet, slightly gummy flavor of goat’s meat that many people love. You can eat goat in curries, Mexican dishes, Jamaican stews, or just between a couple of pieces of bread as a sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
- Raw goat meat
- Spices
- Onion
- Seasoning
- Chilli pepper
- Ginger and garlic
- Vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the goat meat clean
- Add a little of the spices, pepper, ginger, onion, garlic, and salt to taste, mix all with the goat meat, and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour (this method is called marinating)
- Bring out of the fridge cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, then add water and allow to cook well until it is soft. Drain the stock, you can keep that for stew.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add onion when the onion starts frying, deep fry goat meat on medium heat till it is light brown. Leave in strainer. You can add it to stew or soup
