Fluffy Buns
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of water
- 2 & 1/4 cups of active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons of Powdered milk
- 400 grams (3 cups) of Baking flour
- 50g of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 60g (4 tablespoons) of Butter
STEPS
- Put milk in warm water (not hot), add yeast and mix.
- Add flour, salt, sugar and mix well until well combined
- Remove the dough from the bowl, place it on a kneading surface, and knead for 5 minutes.
- Put butter in the middle of the dough and continue kneading until it’s stretchy
- Roll the dough and put it in a bowl with a little oil to help it not stick on, cover for one hour or until it doubles the size.
- Punch out air, make bun rolls, put on a greased baking tray, and cover for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 45 minutes remove when it’s golden brown and serve.
