Deep Fried Cassava
The most favorite way to have this root is to deep-fry the roots even though there are so many other possible ways to prepare them.
INGREDIENTS
- Cassava
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel your cassava
- Wash and boil till soft, add turmeric and black pepper to boiling water
- Drain excess water and deep fry till golden brown
