Deep Fried Cassava

The most favorite way to have this root is to deep-fry the roots even though there are so many other possible ways to prepare them.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cassava
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel your cassava
  2. Wash and boil till soft, add turmeric and black pepper to boiling water
  3. Drain excess water and deep fry till golden brown
