Banana bread loaf
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 175ml Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 300g light brown sugar
- 150g baking flour
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
STEPS
- Roughly mash the bananas in a bowl
- Beat in the eggs
- Stir in the oil and milk
- Add sugar and mix till well combined
- Mix flour and cinnamon well and add in the banana mixture
- Pour the mixture into the bread pan and bake for an hour or until you insert it in a skewer and it comes out dry.
- Remove from oven, leave it in pan for 10 minutes then remove from pan and put on a rack to cool completely. Slice well and Enjoy
