Banana bread loaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 175ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 300g light brown sugar
  • 150g  baking  flour
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

STEPS

  1. Roughly mash the bananas in a bowl
  2. Beat in the eggs
  3. Stir in the oil and milk
  4. Add sugar and mix till well combined
  5. Mix flour and cinnamon well and add in the banana mixture
  6. Pour the mixture into the bread pan and bake for an hour or until you insert it in a skewer and it comes out dry.
  7. Remove from oven, leave it in pan for 10 minutes then remove from pan and put on a rack to cool completely.  Slice well and Enjoy
