Home made jam
INGREDIENTS
- Watermelon Juice 250ml
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 100g
STEPS
- Get a small frying pan and place on a heat
- Pour a cup of watermelon juice (250ml)
- Add 100g of sugar to the pan
- Keep stirring it so it won’t burn
- Allow it to boil for some minutes and bring down to cool
- Place it back on heat and add lemon juice to it
- Allow to boil for 4-5 minutes while stirring until you notice its gel-like form
- Put off the heat to cool
- Package and store your jam well, Use it as a bread spread, doughnut filling
