Home made jam

INGREDIENTS

  • Watermelon Juice 250ml
  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 100g

STEPS

  1. Get a small frying pan and place on a heat
  2. Pour a cup of watermelon juice (250ml)
  3.  Add 100g of sugar to the pan
  4. Keep stirring it so it won’t burn
  5. Allow it to boil for some minutes and bring down to cool
  6. Place it back on heat and add  lemon juice to it
  7. Allow to boil for 4-5 minutes while stirring until you  notice its gel-like form
  8.  Put off the heat to cool
  9.  Package and store your jam well, Use it as a bread spread, doughnut filling
