Soft Delicious Liver
Here’s a simple and savory recipe for soft, delicious liver that’s tender and full of flavor. Perfect as a main dish or a hearty addition to your meal.
INGREDIENTS
- Liver
- Oatmeal
- Green pepper
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Royo
- Grated ginger
- Grated garlic
- Grated tomatoes
STEPS
- Put liver on tray and spread salt all over it, to make removing liver skin easy. Put aside for 8 minutes.
- Gently remove the skin then put the liver in clean water and wash it.
- Chop into desired pieces, in a saucepan, put three tablespoons of cooking oil, add liver, and put on fire. Make sure the heat is enough, not too little.
- Add salt, and grated garlic and stir slowly.
- Keep stirring until it produces water and it dries. After all the water drying, the liver will slowly turn golden brown.
- Add spices, Onions carrots, green pepper, and oatmeal, and fry for 5 minutes
- Add grated tomatoes and keep mixing in until all spices are soft.
- Add tomato paste and mix for 2 minutes. Put one tablespoon of Royce in cold water, dissolve it, and add in the liver. Mix for five minutes.
- Add half a glass of water, mix in, and let the liver simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
NOTE: If you want it dry, don’t add water, keep stirring until Royce is well combined and serve - Serve hot with your favorite food.
