Soft fried chicken

Try this tender, juicy fried chicken with a crispy, golden crust that everyone loves. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, or on its own, this versatile dish is a crowd-pleaser in any meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 broiler chicken
  • Grated ginger
  • Grated garlic
  • Oatmeal
  • Baking flour
  • Cone flour
  • Royco
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

STEPS

  1. Chop your chicken into small desired pieces and put in a clean saucepan
  2. Grate garlic, and ginger, and chop oatmeal, add to the chicken
  3. Add turmeric,  big chops of green pepper, and a little salt, put on the heat, and half boil for about 30  minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, remove from heat, gently remove chicken from saucepan, and put on a tray to cool.
  5. In a clean bowl, add 3 tablespoons of flour,  one tablespoon of Royce,  half a teaspoon of turmeric, 3 tablespoons of cone flour, little salt and gently mix with a spoon until combined, put aside.
  6. In another medium bowl add 4 eggs and whisk them well.
  7. Heat cooking oil for frying, it should be moderate, not too hot.
  8. Bring the pieces of chicken,  soak in eggs one by one, remove from eggs, and put in flour mixture, ensure each part is well covered by flour mixture, and put in heated oil and deep fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oil, let it cool, and serve with your favorite food, or eat with salads and drinks.
